“Baby, We’ve come a long way.
And baby, You know I hope and I pray,
That you believe me
When I say this love will never fade away.

Oh, because you are the best thing…
Ever happened to me.”

-Ray LaMontagne

After twelve years, Leah and Travis decided to tie the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony surrounded by their loved ones, and it could not have been more perfect. I love photographing small, intimate weddings so much for so many reasons. I love the intimacy of it, just surrounded by the most important people in their lives, taking the time to really soak in how much they all mean to each other. I love that usually nerves are at a minimum, meaning that emotions are at a maximum. I mean, Leah’s smile as they’re exchanging vows … I just can’t. I also love that it makes it where you can plan the perfect time for a ceremony down to the minute for sunset. The light in these pictures – GAH! <3

Can we just talk a minute about how gorgeous this night was? The ceremony was in front of the old courthouse in Bartow, and the it could not have been a better backdrop. I love all the white and cream and how well it contrasted with the maroons. Leah and Travis, thank you so much for choosing to be your wedding photographer. I loved getting to know the both of you and capturing such a special time in your lives. Your little ones are seriously the most precious and definitely the cutest little scene stealers ever.
